Return / Refund / After-Sales Policy

Qingda Trade (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Company”) is committed to providing high-quality products and services. This Return/Refund/After-Sales Policy applies to products ordered through our supply chain solutions. Unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate written contract signed by both parties, this policy applies to all orders. We comply with the Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China and relevant international trade practices.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Returns or refunds are accepted only under the following circumstances:
The product does not meet the specifications, quality standards, or samples agreed upon by both parties (confirmed by AQL inspection or third-party testing);
Damage occurred during transit (requires evidence such as photos, videos, and carrier certification);
Incorrect items were shipped due to our error.
Returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, non-quality issues, or for customized/OEM/ODM products (unless a quality defect exists).
2. Timeframe for Claims
Customers must inspect the goods promptly upon receipt and notify us within the following timeframes:
Visible defects or shipping damage: Within 7 days of receipt;
Hidden quality issues: Within 30 days of receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse claims made beyond these periods unless otherwise mandated by applicable law.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us via email at contact@qingdatrade.com or by phone/WeChat at +86 178 3851 0628. Provide the order number, problem description, photos/videos, and relevant evidence;
We will review the request and respond within 5 business days regarding approval and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA);
Return the goods to our designated address in China, maintaining the original packaging and condition (shipping costs for returns due to our liability may be borne or reimbursed by us);
Once the goods arrive and pass inspection, we will process the resolution (repair, replacement, or refund).
4. Refund Options
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
Full Refund: For non-conforming or transit-damaged products; issued back to the original payment method within 15 business days after receiving and confirming the return.
Partial Refund: For minor issues, with the amount determined through mutual negotiation.
Replacement/Repair: The preferred solution for quality issues; we will cover the shipping costs for replacements.
Refunds exclude original international shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes (unless due to our liability). Discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations or payment platform transaction fees are not compensated.
5. After-Sales Support
We provide the following ongoing after-sales services:
Technical support and guidance for repeat orders;
Rapid response and resolution for issues within the warranty period (typically 6–12 months for standard products, as specified in the contract);
Logistics tracking, customs consultation, and general inquiries.
For any after-sales needs, please contact us promptly, and we will assist you fully.
6. Exclusions and Limitations
This policy does not apply to:
Products customized/OEM/ODM by the customer (unless a quality defect exists);
Damage caused by improper use, improper storage, modification, or force majeure;
Goods that have been resold or altered by the customer.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance.
