Third-Party Testing Arrangements
Actual expenses + 15% service fee
Arranging inspection and testing services through domestic third-party testing agencies such as CCIC, CQC, and CTI.
Accompaniment for Trade Shows/Factory Visits
$200 per day
Business accompaniment services including itinerary planning, translation, and escorting visits to factories or trade shows.
Travel Note: A travel surcharge of $50–$300 will be charged based on the distance to the factory, or we may commission a local third-party inspection agency to conduct on-site inspections (no travel costs). Specifics will be clarified in the quotation.
The traditional trade model uses a fixed-price quotation approach. We provide you with a final FOB or CIF price directly, which already includes procurement costs and our profit margin. This model is simple to operate and is suitable for clients with a single product category and small order volumes.
Note: Under this trade model, supplier information is not disclosed to third parties, and price transparency is relatively low.
Supplementary Agreements
1. Supplier Protection Period: Under the agency model, we commit to not disclosing your supplier information to other clients. The protection period lasts for 12 months after the end of our cooperation.
2. Scope of Rights and Responsibilities: Under the agency model, we provide procurement services and quality control. The factory bears ultimate responsibility for product quality, and we assist you with quality claims.
3. Free Initial Quote: The initial supplier screening and quoting services are completely free of charge; service fees are only charged after you confirm the order.
