Export Compliance Statement

Qingda Trade (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to conducting business in full compliance with all applicable export control laws, trade sanctions, and international trade regulations. As a China-based foreign trade company specializing in supply chain solutions, we ensure that our operations, products, and services adhere to the highest standards of ethical and legal conduct.
1. Compliance with Chinese Export Laws
We strictly comply with the Export Control Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Foreign Trade Law, and related regulations administered by the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) and other authorities.
2. International Trade Sanctions and Embargoes
We adhere to all United Nations sanctions, as well as those imposed by major jurisdictions including but not limited to:
- U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce and State Department.
- EU Dual-Use Items Regulation and Common Foreign and Security Policy sanctions.
- Other relevant international embargoes.
We screen all transactions, customers, and end-users against restricted party lists (e.g., U.S. Denied Persons List, Entity List, UN Sanctions List) to prevent dealings with sanctioned entities or individuals.
3. Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery
We comply with anti-corruption laws such as the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), UK Bribery Act, and China’s Anti-Unfair Competition Law. We prohibit bribery, kickbacks, or any improper payments in our business dealings.
4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
We implement AML measures in accordance with Chinese laws and international standards to detect and prevent money laundering activities in our supply chain and financial transactions.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of our products complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. We may require end-use statements or certifications for certain exports.
6. Reporting and Training
Our employees receive regular training on export compliance. We encourage reporting of any suspected violations through internal channels or to contact@qingdatrade.com.
7. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Violations may result in termination of business relationships, legal action, or reporting to authorities.
