We thoroughly understand your product requirements, specifications, budget, quantity, and delivery timeline. Efficient communication via video calls, email, or WhatsApp ensures both parties are perfectly aligned from day one.
No more blind price wars. We conduct detailed on-site factory audits based on credentials, production capacity, quality systems, and long-term reliability.
Once the optimal solution is confirmed, both parties sign the formal contract or Proforma Invoice (PI). The buyer pays a 30%–40% deposit to initiate raw material procurement and production scheduling, securing your priority at the factory.
We coordinate rapid sample production with the factory (typically completed within 7–15 days). You will receive high-resolution photos, multi-angle videos, and detailed parameter reports for your review and approval until the samples are perfect.
Mass production begins with strict multi-stage quality monitoring (AQL standards). This includes raw material inspection, in-process sampling, finished product inspection, and third-party verification when needed. Upon successful final inspection, the buyer pays the 30%–40% mid-term payment.
We handle complete packaging, prepare all shipping documents, and manage customs declaration. The buyer pays the remaining balance (via T/T, L/C, or D/P) upon receipt of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy or L/C presentation. Documents are then released and goods are shipped.
We optimize sea, air, or express door-to-door logistics with full real-time tracking. We assist with export documentation, customs clearance, and tariff consultation. After the goods arrive, we provide continuous follow-up, fast issue resolution, repeat order support, and spare parts supply — building a stable, long-term partnership.
